Why JACK? Well, it's a tribute to Jacques, our paternal grandfather. He was an eccentric, audacious guy who, via our father, gave us the irresistible urge to shake things up, enjoy life and shake the world like a cocktail shaker.
One day, a brilliant idea fell into our laps: to launch an indoor rotisserie. It's a mix of pornfood, a little crazy, and even... completely electric! Here, we have fun fusing American vibes with the spirit of a French brasserie. The result: a pleasure for your taste buds with NO complexes.
And when we say "electric brasserie", we're not kidding: you can go from chill zen to fiesta mode in a matter of seconds. The music, the lights, the ambience - everything moves as you please. With us, every moment is unique, in an ultra-cool spot.
